Hotel very nice, very clean and relaxing rooms are lovely. Dinner menu is fantastic, great breakfast buffet style also very good. If you haven't had a massage from Sophie at the spa, you should, she works miracles.

The staff are super helpful which is testament to the leadership qualities of Adam. I'd also like to mention Julie, the restaurant manager, as a truly exceptional and caring person. Julie will always greet you with a smile, ensure you are looked after and is extremely professional.

Staff were friendly upon arrival and check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, the bed was really comfy, what now could you ask for. There was plenty to do around the area too. Would definitely go again.

Great location, room and staff. First time visit, had a great time, special shout out to Ben at front desk who was so helpful through my visit. I plan on coming again in January. The location is perfect as a base for Oxford.
