Wanted to give a quick shout-out to our waitress, Amya. She was super friendly, really helpful, and just made the whole dining experience excellent. She's a real asset to the company—thanks for looking after us so well!

Allthe staff were excellent. Very helpful and provided great service. I would like mention Libby specifiucally who was especially very good. On the downside our room (346) was difficult to access and was very hot with no working air conditioning,

We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting the area. Hotel was great, rooms excellent, very comfortable bed, great location. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, the breakfast each morning was excellent, and the food in the restaurant in the evening was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Travelled for business. Room was small but ok. A fan was provided but no aircon and I was very surprised to find no fridge either! Pillows were lovely, bed was comfortable. Iron and board provided. Water and a couple of biscuits.Shower was powerful, always a bonus. Vanity mirror light not working. Room faced the car park and was woken at 6.30am by people talking outside as I’d had to open window due to no a/c. Bar area was nice enough. Didn’t try the spa or gum.

First time having a massage and it was truly amazing. Alissa was incredible. I have never felt more relaxed than I did after my experience with her. I feel light and my back feels amazing. 10/10 experience. Thank you Alissa I think i now have the bug to keep having them now 🤭😅

Working in the area on business, me and my partner we got to the desk and we had a beautiful entrance by a luya ❤️ named Lucy, she even reached out and give my wife the last bat road. I would highly recommend this hotel. and I certainly will be staying here again.

Olivia was an absolute fantastic waitress. We had dinner in the restaurant and she made it a 5 star experience. She was friendly and attentive, and knowledgeable about both the menu and the wine list. She is an absolute asset to the hotel. Thank you Olivia for making it a fantastic evening!

Very friendly staff, made to feel very welcome at front desk on arrival. Clean spacious room, only downside was that there was no air con. The windows only opened about an inch, a fan was provided but the room was pretty hot. We had a really delicious meal in the restaurant, the food was great and our waitress Olivia was lovely - extremely friendly, conscientious and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant did have air con but where we were seated it wasn't working 😐 however would still definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Lovely 2 night stay via Travelzoo. Sal in reception was particularly personable and helpful. Breakfast and our meal in restaurant was excellent and again staff really friendly. Enjoyed spending time in the spa while there. Had a room upgrade and late checkout which was an added bonus!

It was a lovely first experience of a spa setting. There was great communication from staff which made it very easy to access all the facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. My spa treatment was done by a lovely lady (whose name card I lost, sorry) but she was Italian if that helps. Would highly recommend! And at the restaurant it was very busy but our server Helen dealt with it all incredibly well and was really sweet.

I went to the Oxford Belfry for 1 Night and had an astonishingly good breakfast! I’d highly recommend the buttermilk pancakes with blueberries, the service was 10/10. Archie was a very welcoming host and helpful with enquiries about breakfast options, what a lovely young man.

A fantastic spa day experience both with the treatment provided by Ritta and lunch service with Archie. A lovely relaxing atmosphere and delicious food!

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive from Thornhill Park and Ride, making it easy to explore the area. The reception staff were friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and relaxing. The extra beds were comfortable too. Breakfast had a good selection, and the spacious dining area made for a pleasant start to the day. We also enjoyed the family swimming sessions, where the children could have fun without worrying about disturbing other guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Have just returned from our third visit, which says something. We had the spa, breakfast and dinner deal package Brilliant hotel, on arrival greeted by vey friendly receptionist who told us all we needed to know. We had room 352 which is at rear of hotel and so quite. Bed very comfortable,shower lovely could not fault it. Breakfast lovely and plenty of choice its a buffet style so you can have what you want and as llttle or as much as you want. Dinner was great choice also and lovely food ,or mine was unfortunately we had to wait an hour for our mains, it was very busy so we assume that was why slow. Our server was a lovely young lady who kept smiling and was very pleasant throughout. She did have an awkward customer who she handled very very well. My food was very good unfortunately my partners pie was overcooked to the point that pastry was hard and filling dried out. DUe to log wait he ate it and we did not complain and he was hungry but just thought we would mention. Seemed to be short of staff in restaurant and bar as tables took ages to clear although staff dashing about bless them. All staff lovely. The massages were superb and Brenda and Jo are a total credit to the spa. Brenda was my therapist she was excellent and helped untrap a trapped never she certainly knew her stuff. Partner said his therapist was also very good and expained to him what he could do for the tenseness inn his shoulders andback. We love visiting the hotel and spa and will definatly return and recommend to people. Had a spa day for my daughter’s birthday. It was a lovely location with good facilities. The addition of a spa lounge is excellent (came here a fair few years ago) and is a great place to cool off as it’s such warm weather. Lunch was ok. Service from Archie was great, very friendly and helpful. Food was ok, fish fingers in the fish finger wrap were just cheap Brakes ones - could have been fish, could have been shredded newspaper, very lacking in any definition of texture. It’s the only thing that prevented a 5* review. Also, blonde spa receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

Lovely restaurant and lovely meal! All staff were polite and our waitress Anya was super friendly. 10/10
