Events over £1,000 
Choose one complimentary enhancement: 
• Free syndicate room for up to 10 delegates 
• 5 complimentary bedroom upgrades for pre-booked accommodation 
• Upgraded refreshment breaks 

• Agency and direct customers are eligible to enter this incentive.   
• If an agent confirms a booking that qualifies for this incentive, it is the agency’s responsibility to communicate this promotion to the client and distribute selected incentives as agreed.
• If you cancel your meeting/event by 5.30pm on 30 September 2026 your selected offers will be removed from the incentive.
• Incentive offers are none exchangeable.There is no cash alternative to these offers.
• Bookers must be aged 18+
• If the meeting or event is cancelled it cannot be rebooked using the offer after the closing date.
