What happens next? 
The ThankQ Rewards team will review your claim to ensure the event qualifies and full payment has been made. 

If everything checks out, your claim will be approved. Your vouchers will be sent to the Reward member’s registered email address within 6 weeks.

If a claim is rejected, you’ll be notified via email with the reason your claim has not been approved.
