The dedicated event co-ordinators at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry will work with you to ensure that your next meeting, conference, team building day or training event goes smoothly.
In addition to our 18 state-of-the-art meeting rooms and conference spaces, we have complimentary parking for 450 vehicles.
We can cater for several hundred or simply provide coffee and snacks throughout the day. Private dining is available on request and our Lounge Bar is always open for a quick bite.
Conveniently located just minutes from the M40 and 40 minutes from Heathrow Airport we are perfectly positioned wherever your delegates are travelling from.
Clean + Safe Meetings and Events
We are delighted to be able to host meetings for up to 30 people at our hotel. We're awaiting government guidelines as to when we can recommence larger meetings and events, however our team are on hand to help with your enquiries and answer any questions you may have.

Delegates can be on-site in one of our hotels, across a range of our hotels or at a remote location - giving you the ability to interact with all your delegates with confidence.
